Apartments for 2–4 people Prices from €100.00 to €140.00

The apartment price is per apartment and per day, including
bed linen and towels.
An additional charge of €10.00 per day applies for each additional person.

Tourist Tax
In addition to the apartment price, a tourist tax of €2.70 per person (aged 14 and over) per day is charged.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning fee is €60.00
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, our apartments are available from 2:00 p.m.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.
Sauna
Use of the sauna (Finnish sauna and steam bath) is not included in the apartment price.
Pets
We kindly ask for your understanding that, out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not permitted in our property.
Washing Machine
Use of the washing machine is available at an additional charge.
Smoking
Out of consideration for children, guests with allergies and subsequent guests, we kindly ask you not to smoke in our apartments.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for your understanding that the following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 21 days before arrival: 30% of the total price, or the deposit
will be retained;
Up to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the total price;
Less than 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total price;
In case of late arrival or early departure, a minimum charge
of 3 nights will apply;
